Planning & Zoning Commission

The Planning & Zoning Commission conducts public hearings on all requests for amendments to the Village Zoning Ordinance, including the rezoning of properties, subdivision plats, and variance requests.  Following the hearings, the Commission is responsible for making recommendations on all amendments to the Village Board for approval or denial.  The Commission meets on an as-needed basis at the Fisher Community Center, 100 E. School Street.
